Understand customer Overall design Detail Design
- What kind of product is used for the battery, the size of the battery case, and information about the package
- Power requirements, multiplier requirements, and product multiplier fluctuations during actual use
- Confirm the use environment of the product, including temperature, humidity and application habits of the end customer, etc. (focus on mechanical movement, such as whether there will be frequent vibration, impact, etc.)
- Find out if customers have special requirements
- According to the requirements of battery shell size and Pack, the cell size is designed
- Design the chemical system of the cell (high voltage, universal voltage, etc.) by size, power, multiplier, etc
- Design the rated capacity of the battery and the series and parallel mode
- Mechanical structure design: In the mechanical structure design need to consider heat dissipation, heating, waterproof, seismic and other aspects.
- EMC safety design: The main contents of safety regulations are fire prevention, heat prevention, electric shock prevention, mechanical danger prevention, chemical danger, radiation and other contents.
- Management system design: The design of lithium battery pack management system needs to consider charge.
